MAP is a 12 week life-skills training program offered through the United Way of Dane County. Madison Virtual Properties leased 8,300 SqFt at 6410 Enterprise Lane. Madison, WI in the Enterprise building. Virtual Properties makes software for real estate brokers and agents. Madison Bella Vita Italian Restaurant leased the 7400 SqFt former T.G.I.Friday's/Tilted Kilt Restaurant building at 420 Gammon Place, Madison, WI. Bella Vita is an Italian Grille and Pizzeria open daily for lunch and dinner. Madison Princeton Club Express leased 7484 SqFt at 625 N Segoe Road in Madison, WI, in the Weston Place building. Aerial is a beauty products and supply store. Madison Boldt Construction leased 3750 SqFt of space at 660 John Nolen Drive, Madison, WI, next to the Sheraton Hotel. Boldt is the largest general contractor in the state of WI. Madison Stone House Development leased 3476 SqFt at 625 N Segoe Road in Madison, WI, in the Weston Place building. Stone House develops affordable and senior housing projects. Waunakee Cuco's Mexican Restaurant leased 3300 SqFt at 340 N. Century Avenue, Waunakee, in the May Vision building. Middleton Fidelity Investments leased 4500 SqFt in a proposed retail building at 8225 Greenway Blvd in Middleton, WI, across from Greenway Station & McDonald's. Fidelity is a national investment consulting office; this is Fidelity's first location in the market. The new building will be constructed in spring 2011. Madison Panchero's Mexican Restaurant leased 2500 SqFt at 3256 University Avenue in Madison, WI in the Shorewood Shopping Center. Panchero's is a national Mexican fast casual restaurant. Madison Panchero's Mexican Restaurant leased 2400 SqFt at 66 West Towne Way in Madison, WI. The space is in the new retail building at the corner of Mineral Point Rd and Gammon Road, part of West Towne Mall. Madison Fine Point Consulting leased 1,452 SqFt at 2801 Coho St. in Madison, WI. Fine Point Consulting provides part-time CFO and Controller services to small, growing businesses throughout the greater Madison area. Madison Akquracy leased 1,791 SqFt at 634 W. Main St. in Madison, WI in the Kroeger Building. Akquracy is a database marketing firm catering to fortune 250 companies with corporate headquarters in Minneapolis. Madison Diamond Nails & Spa leased 1310 SqFt at 515 Junction Road in Madison, WI, in the City Center retail building. Diamond Nails is locally owned and does manicures and pedicures. Outer Aeras GNC leased the following spaces. GNC is a national retailer of health related products. Baraboo GNC leased 1800 SqFt at 906 USH 12 in Baraboo, WI. Madison 9Round leased 1300 SqFt at 6636 Mineral Point Road at Clock Tower Court. 9Round is Boxing/Kickboxing Circuit Fitness Program. DeForest 95 acres of land on Cuba Valley Road in Deforest, WI was sold to a local farmer for $1,045,000. The land will continue to be farmed for agricultural purposes. Wisconsin Dells Taco Bell purchased the Danny's Diner Restaurant including 1.2 acres of land along Hwy 12 near I-90 in Wisconsin Dells for $900,000. The property will be redeveloped as a Taco Bell. Madison Tuesday Morning for their new retail space at High Point Centre along Mineral Point Road. Madison Mattress Firm leased 9,500 sqft of retail space at Arbor Commons along the West Beltline Highway. Madison Capriotti's Sandwich Shop for their new restaurant space at City Center Junction, a retail mixed-use development at 610 Junction Road on Madison’s Westside. Madison Isthmus Psychology for their new office space located in the Hilldale area at 702 N Blackhawk Ave.

U.S. Cellular leased 1,600 sqft of retail space along Gasser Road, a new retail center in front of the Tanger Outlet Mall.
