Furniture site, representing the buyer, brokered the purchase
of the 15 acre site from Wal Mart Corporation.

Home Fitness, representing the landlord, brokered the lease

Steakhouse, Inc; representing the buyer, brokered the purchase
of a 1.75 acre site along USH 63.

Scoop Shop; representing the tenant, brokered a lease on State

the former Gordon Flesch Headquarters. Remodeling is currently
underway transforming the building into a 32,500 square foot
showroom, office, and distribution center that will become the
single flagship location for Don’s
Home Furniture. The store is expected to open February
2007.

retail/office mixed-use project now under construction at Todd Drive & the West Beltline Hwy.
(Opening date scheduled for October 2008)
- Madison, WI:
- HuHot Mongolian Grill leased 5,500 sqft of restaurant space at City Center
Junction, a retail mixed-use development under construction at 610 Junction Road on Madison’s
Westside. (Opening date scheduled for November 2008)
- Middleton, WI:
- PDQ Food Stores, Inc. for the purchase of their new 15,700 sqft corporate
headquarters building located at 7601 Discovery Drive, Middleton WI. PDQ is currently located at
8383 Greenway Blvd, Middleton and will be moving to their new location in fall 2008.
- Brookfield, WI:
- Hooters of America Inc. for the purchase of Pedro's Mexican Restaurant building and lease at the V Richards Plaza on Blue Mound and Calhoun Road.
