Kyle’s expertise is in retail leasing and sales, tenant representation and site selection for shopping center development.

Experience:
Prior to joining Central Place Real Estate, Kyle joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2004 as a retail sales associate. In 2005, Kyle was awarded NAI MLG Commercial’s “Rookie of the Year” award. In 2005 and 2006 Kyle finished in the top five in done deals.

A few of the national retailers he has worked with include: Fidelity Investments, Hooter's of America, Bob Evans Farms, McDonald's, GNC, Panchero's Mexican Grill, H&R Block, Dunn Bros Coffee, Roly Poly, Big League Barbers, I Sold it, and Title Nine.

Kyle has also represented Landlords and Developers with their development projects in the area, including: Outlook Development, Park Towne Development, Westwind Associates II, LLC, Welton Enterprises, and East Prairie Management.

Personal:
He is a member of the Madison Commercial Brokers Group (CBG), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Wisconsin real estate sales license. In addition he is a member of the Wisconsin CCIM Chapter, a volunteer for the Special Olympics and Leukemia/Lymphoma Society.
