Kyle’s expertise is in retail leasing and sales, tenant representation and site selection for shopping center development.

Experience:
Prior to joining Central Place Real Estate, Kyle joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2004 as a retail sales associate. In 2005, Kyle was awarded NAI MLG Commercial’s “Rookie of the Year” award. In 2005 and 2006 Kyle finished in the top five in done deals.

A few of the national and local retailers he has worked with include: GNC, H&R Block, Dunn Bros Coffee, Roly Poly,  Hooters, Pancheros, Bob Evans, Big League Barbers, I Sold it, and Verizon Authorized Dealers.

Personal:
He is a member of the Madison Commercial Brokers Group (CBG), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Wisconsin real estate sales license. In addition, he is currently a candidate as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a member of the Wisconsin CCIM chapter.
