Independent commercial real estate broker since 1977, John Collins has represented over 300 clients in more than 450 transactions involving office, retail, industrial tenant representation, buyer representation and consulting. Aggregate transaction values in excess of $55 million.
Commercial real estate development executive for over ten years, including key positions of leadership at Provident Investment Company (Las Colinas – Irving, TX) and Plaza of the Americas (Dallas, TX) involving coordination of leasing and property management and administrative management of over 100 personnel.
