Central Place's developments include a proposed 30,000-sqft
office building in Downtown Madison at 600 John Nolen Drive;
the Nolen Center Offices also on John Nolen Drive; Junction
Center, a mixed-use project including Outback Steakhouse/
Gateway Country/ Kessler Diamond Center on Madison's west
side, and a proposed 80,000-sqft office building in the heart
of Madison's prestigious west side corporate office
parks.
Brokerage
Central Place provides commercial brokerage services including site
selection, leasing, purchase and sale of retail shopping centers, national
brand hotels and restaurants throughout southern Wisconsin and northern
Illinois.
Hotels
Our national hospitality work includes providing comprehensive
development services, site selection, and brokerage work for over 40 client
projects in 8 states, including Hilton and Marriott properties. Recent projects
include a 225-room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel & restaurant in Chicago;
a 180-room 16-story Hampton Inn hi-rise hotel & restaurant in downtown St.
Louis; a 260-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel at O'Hare International Airport; a
125 room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel and restaurant site in Kansas City; a
127 room Courtyard by Marriott hotel on Madison's east side; a 135 room Hilton
Garden Inn and an 84 room Country Inn and Suites on Madison's west side.
Restaurants
Central Place provides site selection services for new restaurant
concepts entering the state of Wisconsin. Recent clients include all new
Outback Steakhouses in the state, Bob Evans Farms, Steak & Shake,
Carrabba's Italian Grill, Krispy Kreme, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Claddagh's
Irish Pub.
Retail
Central Place was selected as leasing agent for the 325,000 SQFT
Greenway Station Lifestyle Center developed in Middleton, WI. And is currently
affiliated as a brokerage and planning consultant for a yet to be disclosed
retail anchored mixed use redevelopment project expected to be over one million
square feet when completed.
