CENTRAL PLACE REAL ESTATE TAPPED TO HANDLE OFFICE LEASING
FOR
ARBOR GATE PROJECT
MADISON, WI – Central Place Real Estate has been selected
as office leasing agent for the currently under-construction
215,000 square foot Arbor Gate mixed-use office and retail
complex at Todd Drive and the Beltline in Madison, Wisconsin,
announced Rob Zache, principal of Central Place Real Estate
along with Sean Baxter of Westwind Associates and Bradley
Hutter of Mortenson Investment Group. Arbor Gate is a joint
venture development project of MIG and Westwind Associates
which began construction in August 2007 with initial occupancy
by office and retail tenants scheduled for fall, 2008. Arbor
Gate consists of two glass-and-stone six-story buildings
which are connected together via elevated glass sky bridges
as well as to a 500 car multi level parking structure.
John R. Collins, broker associate with Central Place Real
Estate, will be the primary contact for office leasing for
Arbor Gate. Prior to naming Central Place Real Estate as
office leasing agent, Arbor Gate had arranged office leases
of 35,000 SqFt with Wisconsin Heart and 40,000 SqFt with
WIPFLI CPA’s and Consultants. Central Place Real Estate
will be responsible for leasing in excess of 100,000 square
feet of remaining office space in Arbor Gate.
Central Place Real Estate is also exclusive retail leasing
agent for Arbor Gate, consisting of more than 24,000 square
feet of space located on the project’s first floors.
Jesse Schluter, broker associate of Central Place Real Estate,
is the primary contact for in-line retail and fast-casual
dining, and Rob Zache is handing the major restaurant leasing.
